1.0 Between the two towns
Big Hill, Ravenswood and Harcourt sit along the Calder between Bendigo and Castlemaine, so they're on our way whichever end the day starts. Tell us your town and we'll fit you between jobs.
2.0 Bigger blocks
Houses out here are often on larger blocks with sheds, verandahs and gates. Small outdoor jobs are welcome on the same visit: a sagging gate re-hung, a loose step tread, outdoor storage or a bench assembled.
3.0 Mixed houses
Expect anything from a new brick veneer to an old weatherboard. We find out what the walls are made of before fixing anything heavy, and check older houses for sheeting that might be asbestos before drilling.
4.0 What we leave
Fences and decks over a small repair, roofing, and anything structural or above single-storey height aren't us. We'll tell you straight if a job needs a builder.
