Whatever's going up, the wall decides how it's fixed. We find out what's behind the paint before drilling a single hole. Full hanging job sheet.

Every job is a free quote. These are the lines that move it.
- How many jobsA list done in one visit costs less per job: the travel and setting up are shared.
- The wallBrick, block and old plaster take longer to fix into than a timber stud.
- Weight and sizeHeavy mirrors, big TVs and tall wardrobes need more fixings and more care.
- PartsSupply your own, or we supply and itemise each handle, bracket and fixing.
- Fix or replaceA door reset at its hinges costs less than one taken off and planed.
05 · Off the list
What we won't touch
Saying no early saves you a wasted visit. These need someone else, and we'll tell you who.
- Plumbing, electrical, gasTaps, toilets, power points, lights, wiring, hot water: a plumber, electrician or gasfitter.
- Structural workWalls, beams, stumps, new openings or anything holding the house up.
- Asbestos & old paintWe don't drill, cut or sand suspect sheeting or pre-1970 paintwork.
- Roofs & heightsNothing on the roof or above single-storey ladder height.
- Big building jobsSmall repairs only: larger decks, fences and renovations need a registered builder. No pool fencing.

Before you book
How much does a handyman cost?
Every job is a free quote. We price the list job by job, so you can see what each one costs and drop or add jobs before we start.
Can you do a whole list in one visit?
That's the best way to use us. Send the whole list with photos and we'll plan the visit, bring the right fixings and get through it in one go where we can.
Do you do plumbing or electrical work?
No. Nothing with water, power or gas: no taps, toilets, power points or lights. We'll tell you to call a plumber, electrician or gasfitter, and we can come after them.
Do you supply the parts?
Either way. You can buy your own handles, shelves or brackets, or we supply them and list each one on the quote.
How quickly can you come?
We promise a fast local response to your enquiry, and we'll give you a real time for the visit when we reply.
